Submit an abstract > Instructions

You can submit an abstract on the submission platform. It should be a PDF file of one page at most, including possible figures and bibliography.

We recommend that you use one of the following templates to create your PDF document :

• Microsoft Word template

• Latex template.

Abstracts can be submitted in French or in English.

Indications regarding the presentations 

By default, contributions are submitted for a talk (given in French or in English, with slides in English whenever possible). The talk should last 15~20 minutes (to be clarified later), questions included.

Should you prefer presenting a poster than giving a talk, you can mention this in the PDF document.

Will there be any published Proceedings ?

=> No.

Can I present a work that has already been published in a journal?

=> Certainly.
