FAQCan I participate in the Complex Systems Days if I do not submit a contribution ? Sure ! But please consider submitting a contribution if you want to share some of your work with the (broad-minded) community. In particular, the cosy and fairly informal nature of this event makes it particularly suitable for talks by enlightened PhD students, and even Master's students who have obtained solid results in their research internships. What is the registration fee for participants who do not present their work? The registration fee only depends on the professional status, not on the presenting status. Can I get my money back if I have to cancel my registration? Unforunately, given that the organisation of the conference requires some advanced reservations, we do not offer a reimbursement option by default. Can I participate in the Complex Systems Days if I am not French and if I work abroad ? Definitely! The event is titled "French Complex Systems Days" because it is organised by the French Chapter of the international Complex Systems Society, but we are more than happy to welcome participants from abroad. Can I participate in the Complex Systems Days if I don't speak French? Some talks will be given in French, but we expect that many others will be given in English. Note, however, that this will depend on the speakers, as they will be free to choose their language. |
