Instructions for presentersGuidelines for the presentationsThere will only be (oral) talks at the conference. Talks will be given in French or in English, following the speaker's preferences, preferably with slides in English. Note that a great majority of attendees speak French, but a finite number of participants do not. * Keynote talks by invited speakers will last 40 to 50 minutes, exclusive of questions. * Standard-duration contributed presentations will last 15 minutes (the exact duration will be confirmed soon), exclusive of questions. * Lightning talks will last 6 to 7 minutes (the exact duration will be confirmed soon), exclusive of questions. They will cast a different light on some topics. We recommend that each speaker use their own laptop, with an HDMI connection. However, they may also send their presentation support as a PDF file to the organisers, before May 30th, even though this is not the preferred option.
SubmissionsYou can submit an abstract on the submission platform. It should be a PDF file of one page at most, including possible figures and bibliography. We recommend that you use one of the following templates to create your PDF document : Abstracts can be submitted in French or in English.
